WELDING UNITS
Our welding units are semi-automatic solutions to weld the metal pipes produced with TTE’s roll bending machines. The operator carries out manually only the positioning of the pipe, which is then automatically loaded by the machine, moved into the working area, welded and finally unloaded.

The manual solution requires each pipe to be manually loaded and unloaded by the operator, while the automatic one, integrated with a calender, carries out every production in a completely automatic mode.
TECHNOLOGIES
According to the specific requirements of the client, can be applied different technologies, such as TIG, LASER and micro plasma. As a matter of fact in the last few years laser process is replacing the others, mainly thanks to costs reduction and availability of always more flexible and reliable products.
